Heptane is a very good chemical for
removing old grease and cleaning up old parts. However you will
probably have to buy five gallons and there's no way you need five
gallons.
Coleman fuel or even the Walmart brand camp fuel is a ready, inexpensive
source.

In the past I probably used upward of 10 gallons just for cleanup after ... I also use my pressure washer for cleaning my Sankey kegs... ... (rec.crafts.brewing)
