Hi Kevin !
Yes , most of them are in Professional Use , but as an Amatuer you
must at least put in $5000-$8000 to get any DIC microscope perhaps
even More
Well i was lucky got my setup for much less , but i know what to look
for
and have some luck on the way , but thats another story
100W - Yes if you use Halogen , but if you use LED it will be better
and less heat
Magnification - Agree totaly to that , NA as you say its important
computer fix the rest
Think the best Objective is my Leitz PL 1X with NA 1.50 - just joking
