Hi All,
We have released an improved version of the Tria Image Processing
program. Both the image opening and processing are faster, the
interfaces have been enhanced, and there are new tools for our
deconvolution and blind deconvolution functions. Tools are available
for centering and cleaning point spread functions. The image viewers
have been designed for better viewing of 16 and 32-bit images, with
false color representation, ROI stats and contrasting, easy line-out
plots (targeted for spectroscopic imaging), and a unique "Compare"
viewer.
We have also added a fast image registration function (both
translation and center rotation). However, there is a bug for sub-
pixel registration that produces almost exactly a 1 pixel error (x
direction only). We are working on this and hope to have it resolved
real soon.
The demo and deconvolution examples can be found at http://quarktet.com/Tria.html
Best Regards,
Jim C
