those are exactly the types of microscopes, for which I havn't information.

I'm working in the semiconductor industry and we are working with
mircoscopes
specialised for such tasks - sorry.

Thanks, and yes I have been to the website. What I'm looking for
however,
are the Service Manuals as opposed to the Instruction Manuals.

The service manuals contain the breakdown of ALL parts, typically with
part
ID's and order numbers. The manuals also, sometimes, contain
information
on
how to break down certain parts of the scope along with cautionary
notes
and
pointers, where applicable.

Anyone out there with that kind of information?
