I'm not familiar with that specific model, but looking at photos on the
Web, it appears to be an infinity design where the binocular head comes off
easily for the insertion of a beamsplitter or other accessory? The tube
lenses would be part of the binocular assembly and not the eyepieces per
se. If you lift the binocular assembly it should stay in focus.
Your easiest photomicrography solution is an eyepiece adapter with
something like a Canon A640:
