Hi Nils,
I'm not an expert with this microscope, but my experience with similar
problems leads me to the following hint:
In the tubus there are prisms to split the light into the two
eyepieces. These prisms (and maybe additional lenses) can be
maladjusted, most likely to a severe drop.
So I don't think your eyepieces are bad rather than the tubus is
damaged.
Sometimes this is easy to repair (a spring might have fallen off),
sometimes you might need a new tubus...
In any case you need a good technician to help you any further...
