Phase telescope for imaging BFP of objective

Hi All,
We want to be able to image back focal plane of the objective. I
have seen a couple of pages that recommend sandwiching a phase
telescope between a microscope eye piece turret and the camera. We are
going to buy a scopetronics kit (www.scopetronics.com) to mount our
camera to the scope, but I am not sure where to buy a phase telescope
and how to sandwich in between the turret and camera.

Thanks in advance for any input.

cheers
shalin
