Re: slide finger assembly for Leitz Laborlux D


Does anyone know of a resource for Leitz Laborlux D parts? I have a
used microscope that's missing a specimen holder/slide finger
assembly. I purchased a "universal" X-Y mechanical stage finger
assembly from Ebay and made some adjustments to allow it to clamp onto
the stage itself. But the dimensions are wrong and there's not enough
clearance to rotate the objectives.

From some photos I've seen on the Net the holders of the Laborlux seem
identical to the ones of the SM-LUX.
I have one spare holder (the one without the spring) of a SM LUX.
