Cameras never have equaled the human eye (macula, that is) as sensors, even
the best film that is still way ahead of digital in resolution. The live
view is always generally better than any photograph.

I know telescopic photos resolve better than the eye, but I will always
remember my first naked eye view of a total solar eclipse, nothing like any
photo I had ever seen.
