Hello,
Are there any computer programming libraries in C#/C++ that are geared
specifically to detecting the presence (or absence) of cells/groups of
cells in microscopy?
Thanks
Mike
There is a whole program from NIST, (rsbweb.nih.gov/nih-image/) and
its free.
The big problem with image type programs is it just doesn't matter
what language you use, you have a very limited contrast range and
contrast is what allows the computer to see the image. Nothing works
quite like the eye.
