Wild Heerbrugg M5 parts anyone?



I have an M5 scope which has the focus mechanism, both screw and rack,
stripped. Does anyone have, or know of alternatives to, these parts?

Any help is appreciated.

Don't really need advice, but the price of a M5x0.8 helicoil kit from McMaster-Carr, which I will use for exactly one hole is making me a sad panda right now. ...
