My next stop is Kensington, the stage manufacturer. They were
swallowed by Newport
for a while but are back in business and can hopefully provide some
relevant info on the
automation.

Just for the heck of it you could try www.classoneequipement.com and
www.capovani.com. They buy and sell used semi-conductor equipment, I
have done some work for class one so I don't know how balanced I am.
I know class one has at least 3 Poly's and they might have extra
objectives, I'll bet the Capovani's have some too.
