Stereozoom 4: Clear Glass Stage Plate?

Listers,
I'm looking for either a new or a replacement clear glass stage plate
for a B&L Stereozoom 4 with a transmitted light base...I think it's
called the "B" base. The stage plate measures 120 mm in diameter.
I'm a little concerned about the dimensions of some of the replacement
glass plates. They seem to be on the thick side, and they produce a
shelf when they're placed into the recess in the scope's base.
If I recall correctly, the original stage plates were on the thinner
side and didn't stick up above the metal base...or am I dreaming this?
If anyone has a setup like this, maybe you could make a quick
measurement of the thickness of the glass stage plate and post here or
contact me off-line? Also let me know if you have one that's in
excellent shape and would like to part with it.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
Many thanks.
Bob
