The only qualification for shipping outside the U.S. is not ship UPS
Ground because those criminals hit the guy on the other side with
"brokerage charges" unless you go with Expedited or some other higher
service.
I've sold over 500 things on Ebay, and IMO, they are cutting out at
least 20% of their potential market by doing this.
I don't understand it. I've sold a few microscope parts on ebay and nearly half of my customers were outside the USA. My only worries as a seller were regarding customs delays and possibly packages being lost by the shipper. My international orders all went out, with no trouble at all, via the US Postal Service.
