adaptaters for Leica DM 500

Hello,
I bought a Leica DM 500 microscope with a trinocular head (inlet
diameter: 37 mm).
I would like to know what adapters do I need to place a mini digital
camera on the outlet of the trinocular microscope?
What other adapters do I need to place a camera canon eos 400 D?
