Here’s an extremely easy and cheap ($35+) DIY project and experiment that
many can do, which could also help shed sorely
needed light onto a controversial area.
The DIY project is converting an ordinary digital light microscope (power
maxing out at 1,000x or so) into one with 4,000x or
even higher. This can be done easily, for as little as $35, and has been
done by many. This third-party how-to article
<www.carnicom.com/scope2.htm> describes a simple adaptation of an ordinary
webcam's CCD chip onto a normal digital
light microscope that boosts magnification significantly.
The controversial area is alleged mass blood infection of the general
population with something ultimately being connected to
Morgellons disease. Relatively high magnification power with a light
microscope is necessary to see whether examined blood
samples have the alleged infectious agent(s). Any experience in
microbiology and/or blood analysis helps, but is not essential.
The idea is to take a look for ourselves and see whether or not there is
something to these claims, and then to let others know
what we’ve found. That way we won’t have to depend on this single source
(i.e., the various articles posted atwww.carnicom.com/contrails.htm) for information about it.
For details on the claims that are being made about mass blood infection
made by Mr. Carnicom and others, see:http://www.carnicom.com/bloodtest1.htmhttp://www.carnicom.com/institute1.htm
For similar claims from the same site, see related articles throughout at:http://www.carnicom.com/contrails.htm
Besides boosting one’s own digital ‘scope and examining one’s own samples,
one can also post the resulting microscope images of those samples. One way
is to post one’s own galleries, labeled "Microscope Images of Blood Samples"
or something equally obvious. After images have been taken, just post a
little linked announcement here about them being available to view.
Mr. Carnicom also has said he’d consider posting on his site images
forwarded to him that support his own findings, since there’s been virtually
no deviation in the blood samples he’s looked at—they all appear ‘positive’
for some sort of blood
infection. Personally, I would rather have _all_ results be posted—whether
supportive or not—but this can be done both on this site and whatever other
sites members can post to.
Readers can also suggest the same ‘scope-adaptation-project URL
<www.carnicom.com/scope2.htm> to family/friends/online-hobbiest
groups/others, as well, whoever might have a microscope and a desire to see
for themselves. It would be ideal if they also joined this forum and posted
resulting images in their own galleries.
Eventually, we'll either get a preponderance evidence for Mr. Carnicom's
findings, or we won't.
IMHO, it will be at that point that a profound responsibility begins for us
to engage with the resulting implications. So, as much as possible, let’s
do so in the most positive ways we can devise beforehand. Also, keep in
mind that if this blood infection is real, the vast majority of people and
their loved ones have it, regardless of who signs their paycheck. The
widespread realization of this alone could change the "us/them" dynamic
considerably on many fronts (at least one 'silver lining' in what would
otherwise be quite a dark cloud).
Let the imaging and posting projects begin! The sooner we do so, the sooner
we can come to grips with whatever our enhanced microscopes reveal.

Wow, an ignorant post (power? how about NA?) by an ignorant poster.
If any of you think that the above post has any thing to do with
microscopes, good luck.
